Important Information for Participants
We’re thrilled to welcome all participants to the prestigious FEI Endurance European Championship 2023 and our CEI’s. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all riders, please take note of the following important details:
- Ice Orders for Participants: Ice orders for the European Championship and also for the CEI events on Saturday must be placed by August 14th.
- Date of arrival: Participating in the European Championship and wish to arrive earlier to the stables? Please contact info@ermeloendurance.com and ask about the possiblities.
- Catering: Catering will be at the main grandstand from Tuesday till Sunday with extensive lunch and dinner options (also vegetarian). You can place your orders and pay directly at the grandstand. No need to order before the start of the event.
- Traces Number Dutch Equestrian Center (NHC): 6638270
- Transport certificates: On Tuesday 5 september from 13:00 to 15:00 the company Horse Hotel Holland, will be present to check all your transport certificates that you need for the return journey. If your certificate is no longer valid or not correct for your return, they will be able to arrange this for you. They will be present in the room under the secretariat/ show office. This is made clear with a sign that says “Horse Hotel Holland”.
Important for the UK: Here you will find a document that must be completely filled in by yourself. Please return this document printed out accompanied with a copy of the passport (not just your FEI passport) on Tuesday 5 September between 13:00 and 15:00. - Available at the venue:

Ice order
- Ice Orders for Participants: Ice orders for the European Championship and also for the CEI events on Saturday must be placed by August 14th.
- Payment Instructions: Kindly transfer the required amount to our bank account (“Stichting Fasna Trail” – NL47 INGB 0006 9480 60, BIC number: NGBNL2A) before August 14th. Timely payment ensures that your ice order is processed and ready for your use. Don’t forget to state the following with your order: FULL NAME + ICE + AMOUNT OF KG.
- No Order: Didn’t get a chance to put in your order before August 14th? The organization will not be able to provide you with ice during the event. In such cases, participants are responsible for acquiring ice from local stores.
- Minimum Quantity and Pricing: The minimum ice order quantity is 10 kilograms, which will be provided in five 2-kilogram bags (see photo). The cost for this ice package is €12.50 per 10 kilograms. You will be able to order 10-20-30-40-50 kilograms etc.
- Ice Order Collection: Upon your arrival, please head to the registration desk where you’ll receive your ice order receipts. This will ensure a hassle-free pickup of your pre-ordered ice.
